UPDATE - 4/17/2010
For several months now the London Junior Knights have been meeting with both representations from the GLHA and Alliance hockey. Our intention was to introduce a true tryout progression in order to protect the integrity of the talent available for our Green AAA teams and AA teams. Our own internal survey last season with the Green parents certainly showed support for the program but there were also many who would have preferred to play AA hockey particularly in the major years. We are proud of both the AAA Green players and coaches who for the most part had a difficult season in terms of wins and losses. We did have some great showings in a couple age groups that proved to us a viable AAA Green program would do well in time. In terms of development we believe the Green AAA entity worked well for all the players in the Green AAA program, and still do.
