The London Junior Knights open their 2008-09 hockey season today at the Western Fair Sports Centre. "Junior Knights Day in London", a tradition that marks the start of each season for London's Rep Hockey Association, is an opportunity for players, parents and fans to see all 22 teams in action at one convenient location. The games begin at 11am today and run through to 7pm tonight. This marks the fourth year in which the Jr. Knights have launched the season with a full slate of games. Last year, the Jr. Knights were crowned Alliance Champions in 12 of the 16 age groups in which they compete.
