CONGRATS TO DREW AND LOGAN

Drew is a defenceman, the 5th overall pick in the 2005 OHL entry draft and is currently playing for the Guelph Storm. Last season Drew played for the OHL Showcase silver medal winning Minor Midget AAA team.

Logan played for the St. Thomas Stars Jr. B team last season after having played with Drew on the Bantam AAA team the previous season. Logan was drafted 12th overall in the 2005 OHL draft by the Ottawa 67's and is currently a regular playing for Ottawa.

The World U17 Championship is unique in that of the 10 teams in the Tournament, Canada places 5 of them, Pacific, West, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic. The best players from these teams will move to the U18 and on to the U20 team which is the team which competes in the World Junior Championships each year over the Christmas holidays.
